I would like to dedicate this blog to all those who stay awake
at night ,sacrificing their sleep,sitting online chatting and
browsing..also to those who do night shift jobs.

Melatonin that suppress tumour development is produced normally at night. light shuts down melatonin production so people working in artificial lights will have low melatonin rates and are more prone to cancer. not getting enough sleep makes ur immune system vulnerable to attack and less able to fight off potentially cancerous cells.. The habit of Eating in the middle of the night,when ur supposed to be sleeping can also set off a chain reaction of biological mistakes...
Aren't these facts shocking? in this 20 th century when people
seem to be busier at night than daytime...who bothers for the
their health.." Health Is Wealth". Nothing values more than ur
LIFE..........
